Welcome to Neris' College. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, your enrollment in our programs, and your interactions with our school. By registering, enrolling, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Neris' College is a WASSCE remedial school established in 2020, registered by the Registrar General's Department of Ghana on 22nd February 2021, and accredited by the National School Inspectorate Authority on 19th May 2025. We operate three campuses across Ghana: Kumasi, Accra, and Ada.

2. Eligibility

Our programs are designed for SHS 1–3 students, those preparing to retake WASSCE, and students preparing for international exams (SAT, TOEFL). For applicants under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required.

3. Enrollment & Registration

By registering with Neris' College, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Update us of any changes to your contact details or guardian information
• Provide proof of identity and academic history when requested
• Comply with all enrollment requirements and deadlines

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the required documentation and applicable fees. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke enrollment at our discretion, particularly in cases of misrepresentation.

4. Fees & Payment

Payment Terms

• Fees must be paid in full or per agreed installment schedule before the start of each term
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Money, bank transfer, or cash at our campuses
• Receipts will be issued for all payments
• Quoted fees are subject to change with prior notice for new enrollments

Refund Policy

• Fees paid are generally non-refundable once classes have commenced
• Refund requests within the first 7 days of the term will be considered on a case-by-case basis, less administrative charges
• WAEC examination fees, once paid to WAEC, are non-refundable under any circumstances

5. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to:

• Attend classes punctually and consistently
• Respect teachers, staff, and fellow students
• Maintain academic integrity — no cheating, plagiarism, or impersonation
• Adhere to the school dress code and behavior standards
• Refrain from any disruptive, violent, or unlawful behavior on school premises

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or expulsion without refund of fees.

6. WAEC Registration & Examinations

For students enrolled in our WASSCE programs, we facilitate WAEC biometric registration free of charge. However:

• Final responsibility for examination performance rests with the student
• While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific exam outcomes
• Any disputes with WAEC must be resolved directly with WAEC
• Students must provide accurate identification and meet WAEC's own eligibility requirements

7. Use of Website

By using neriscollege.edu.gh, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to admin systems or other users' data
• Not introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Not use the website to harass, defame, or harm any individual or entity

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our teaching materials — including text, images, videos, logos, study guides, and curriculum — is the property of Neris' College or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Photography & Promotional Use

We may photograph or video-record school activities for promotional, educational, and historical purposes. By enrolling, students and guardians consent to the reasonable use of such media in print, digital, and social media contexts. Opt-out requests must be submitted in writing prior to enrollment.

10. Limitation of Liability

While Neris' College takes reasonable care to provide quality education and a safe environment:

• We are not liable for personal property loss or damage on school premises
• We are not liable for injuries sustained outside of supervised school activities
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the student in the relevant term

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Neris' College, its directors, teachers, and staff harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your conduct as a student or visitor.

12. Termination

Neris' College reserves the right to terminate enrollment for serious breaches of these Terms or our Code of Conduct, including (but not limited to) non-payment of fees, academic dishonesty, or behavior that endangers others. Students may withdraw at any time, subject to our refund policy above.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or directly to enrolled students. Continued enrollment after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
